See who’s at the door before you let them in

Video intercoms for apartment blocks and managed buildings, often installed on the wiring you already have. Wired systems put a tablet indoor station in each apartment; some systems use the 4G mobile network and need no cabling. Residents can answer and let visitors in from their mobile phone, wherever they are.

A safer decision at the door

With audio only, residents let people in on a voice. With video, they can see who’s there first. Modern systems take that to the resident’s phone, so they aren’t tied to the handset in the apartment.

Less of your time, fewer site visits

With some systems, you can add or remove a resident, check a fault and cancel a former resident’s access straight away, all remotely. Depending on the system, entrance video or visitor messages can be kept to review after an incident.

What’s included

  • Upgrades from audio handsets to video tablet indoor stations using your existing wiring, adding new cable only where needed
  • Mobile-network systems where new cabling isn’t practical
  • Trades buttons and codes for regular visitors, instead of more communal keys
  • A secondary lobby camera on wired systems, to keep sight of deliveries
  • Integration with access control, replacing communal keys with fobs, codes or facial recognition
  • Running costs set out upfront, including any subscription, so you can compare over the system’s life
