In brief: most of what makes a security project go well has nothing to do with equipment. It comes down to clear expectations, set at the start and followed through.
Our process in five stages
- Listen and understand. A short form before we meet, then a conversation about your objectives, risks and budget.
- Survey and assess. A free site survey that turns those objectives into specific detail, area by area.
- Design and quote. A written proposal and a clear quotation: what’s included, what’s excluded, and the assumptions behind it.
- Installation and handover. Delivered by EJ Vision. Any change is agreed and recorded before it happens.
- Ongoing review. The system is reviewed periodically so it keeps pace with your site.
Setting expectations early
Before work starts, we agree what happens at each stage, what’s included, how changes are handled, and what timeline is realistic. That way, when something needs to change, it’s a conversation, not a dispute.
Clear boundaries protect both sides
A clear process isn’t about being inflexible. It makes changes visible, agreed and recorded, so nobody is caught out by a decision that people remember differently.
Process matters as much as equipment
Clear expectations, set early and kept, are what good client relationships run on.
